Types of Induction Sealing Wads

1. Single-Piece Sealing Wads
   Comprising a single layer of aluminum foil or polymer film, these wads are placed inside the cap and sealed onto the container's mouth using induction heat. They are straightforward and commonly used for products requiring basic sealing.

2. Two-Piece Sealing Wads
   These consist of two layers: an upper layer of paperboard with a wax coating and a lower layer of aluminum foil laminated with a polymer film. Upon induction heating, the wax melts, allowing the foil to bond to the container's lip, creating a secure seal. This design ensures a strong seal and is often used for products that need enhanced protection.

3. Capless Sealing Wads
   Designed for single-use containers, these wads are applied directly to the container's opening without the need for a cap. They provide a spill-proof seal and are commonly used for products like single-serving beverages or condiments.
